From the beginning, during the initial interview, Mr. Leonel stated that all communication regarding my case would be exclusively with him. However, this was not the case, as I began receiving calls from different individuals who did not properly identify themselves or mention the company’s name, which caused confusion and distrust. On one occasion, a young man contacted me, and I informed him that I would not answer any more calls from unidentified individuals until Mr. Leonel contacted me directly. This was due to multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach him. When Mr. Leonel finally called me, he did so in an agitated and irritated manner, sending me the company’s license and suggesting that I take it to the authorities, displaying a clearly aggressive attitude. I found his behavior disrespectful towards me as a customer since I was simply expressing my difficulty in reaching him. I understand that the company has been officially registered since November 2019, although your message states that it has been operating for over ten years. Regardless of the time in business, I believe that improving customer service and fostering respectful communication is essential. Despite this experience, I had the opportunity to interact with Evelyn, who provided excellent service. She kept me informed about the progress of my case, which significantly contrasted with the lack of organization in the rest of the team. Based on the above, I suggest reinforcing the following aspects: 1. Improvement in internal communication to avoid contradictions and confusion with customers. 2. Clear identification of staff in every call or contact with customers. 3. Customer service training, with an emphasis on respect and professionalism. I appreciate the time taken to read my comments and hope they are considered to improve the experience for future customers."

We had never contacted them or provided permission for them to access our roof, and they admitted it was their mistake being at our home. On 4/14/22 and 4/15/22, two roofing companies assessed the roof damage caused by lifting and creasing shingles on several areas of the roof. Their professional recommendations were that a new roof would be necessary because if we replaced only the damaged shingles, they would not match the existing shingles' age and color (A property inspection was performed at our home when it was purchased in 2021 – the remaining roof life was estimated at 10-12 years). Strong Group Public Adjusters have damaged our roof in numerous areas and have not contacted us during the last five months to try and remedy the situation. They have merely directed us to their attorney and have been unwilling to replace the roof necessitated by their employee’s actions. We are being forced to pay out of pocket for a new roof to protect our home during hurricane season and risk of further damage while Strong Group Public Adjusters waits idly by."
