We had never contacted them or provided permission for them to access our roof, and they admitted it was their mistake being at our home. On 4/14/22 and 4/15/22, two roofing companies assessed the roof damage caused by lifting and creasing shingles on several areas of the roof. Their professional recommendations were that a new roof would be necessary because if we replaced only the damaged shingles, they would not match the existing shingles' age and color (A property inspection was performed at our home when it was purchased in 2021 – the remaining roof life was estimated at 10-12 years). Strong Group Public Adjusters have damaged our roof in numerous areas and have not contacted us during the last five months to try and remedy the situation. They have merely directed us to their attorney and have been unwilling to replace the roof necessitated by their employee’s actions. We are being forced to pay out of pocket for a new roof to protect our home during hurricane season and risk of further damage while Strong Group Public Adjusters waits idly by."

I understand that the company has been officially registered since November 2019, although your message states that it has been operating for over ten years. She kept me informed about the progress of my case, which significantly contrasted with the lack of organization in the rest of the team.
